Day 7
First Class with Mr. Angel!
So, today I met again with Mr.
Angel and went to his class from the first until last meeting. The class run so
attractive with the interesting approach that Mr. Angel did. The class begin
with grade 7 followed by grade 8 and then 12. And Every activity that Mr. Angel
did in the first time he opened his class by playing a game in order to motivate the
students be more participating during the lesson.
The Games such as pronoun an
aspiration and guessing the right answer of some figurative language might be
one of the key that the class which is hold by Mr. Angel gained more attractive
situations. And perhaps by implementing the approach of Mr. Angel I will get my
own classes be more attractive and many students will be more active.
After the games, both class 7 and
8 are held long test, interesting things happen here, in Indonesia, if there is
a test, each of the result by students are corrected by the teachers, but Its
different with philipines which every result are corrected by students itself,
of course with the agreement from the teacher, but once again, there is no one
students who cheated on each other and this is such a good behaviour.
After I got my recess time, I
went to the another Mr. Angel classes (Intoduction to Philoshopy) in grade 12
only to see the activity of students who share their thoughts in the form of
poem. Its nice to saw many students can share their emotion and feeling
without doubt. Mr. Angel said, by doing this we can understand what is the characters
of our students more deeply, and I think he is right. Thank god for today J
